 Originally built in 1912, the revitalization of the six story 74,000 sq. ft. Root Building demonstrates a commitment to aesthetics, modern form, function and tradition. Totally renovated by CityView Properties in the late 90’s and then added onto in 2004. CityView Properties constructed a 33,000 annex for its largest tenant, The Buffalo Board of Education. The highly acclaimed and successful restaurant and training facility of the Emerson Vocational High School occupies the entire annex and the first three floors of the original building. Multi-tenant suites occupy floors four, five and six.
 CityView Properties completed construction of 598 Main Street Building at Chippewa in 2005. This historic terminal warehouse building was originally part of John D. Larkin’s Larkin Company and Larkin Factories. Built in 1912, this ten-story, 600,000 square foot building is now a landmark address for over 1600 people and 95% occupied with a wide variety of Class A office tenants including the back office operations for the area’s largest health care provider, several prominent Buffalo law firms, engineering and advertising firms and much more.
Larkin at Exchange provides suburban like amenities including a Fitness Center, on-site Childcare, Conference Center, store, restaurant and free parking all on a ten-acre city campus. Shovel ready sites are also available for future development from 8,000 to 75,000 square feet per floor.
